Car is at SEMA this week representing KW Suspension in their booth. Afterwards its back to LA for finishing touches and details, then onto Scottsdale so I can put this purrty girl to use. Lots of canyon and track time in its future.
Stuff left to do includes refitting the relocated AC vents, cleaning up interior paint details, and some wiring work like the horn relocation to cruise stalk. Also need to finish details surrounding shifter and ebrake.
I would love to have a stripped car like this. How much does it weigh now?
Once I'm finshed with all the details weighing the car is on the agenda. I definitely pulled a lot of weight out, and added some back with cage. We shall see. My next phase will probably be focused more on weight. Leightweight battery, maybe a composite hood... I decided to leave out the radio (I had purchased a Porsche classic one), but I am not letting go of AC. Need it in Arizona.
Cool thanks. Having such a rigid platform will be amazing. So responsive and tight.
Totally agree, no radio but AC. Music comes from the car.
A working ventilation system means more driving.
