Most of us have aluminum wheels and steel studs. Are there any galling issues between the aluminum/titanium and steel/titanium? I have worked with aerospace titanium fasteners and they often have galling issues. With wheels coming off and on often is titanium really a good material for lug nuts? Do you coat these at all?

You have to use anti seize - or you will have galling. And make sure to refresh the anti seize every so often.
Ti lug nuts are pretty. But for me steel works fine as i rag on them with power tools. But for a bit of bling, these are really cool.
