does any of the 964 guys know where we can get more info on our america roadster? yes it is titled as a 94, with a letter from Porsche.
it was the end of the 93 run. Anyway we would like to gather as much info on production numbers, options, any info or leads are appreciated.....tx

 

You can find out the list of options the car came from the factory with by looking at the white sticker on the underside of hood or at the sticker that is in your owner's manual. This will list 3 digit codes (example: 220). You can post these codes here or try this online decoder:Option Decoder

Also, this sticker will list the exterior paint and interior color codes.

I was under the impression that the America Roadster was produced as a 1992 model year car. Turbo brakes, suspension, wide body, 17" rims but with the C2 engine and transmission...

The 964 C2 based Speedster was a model year '94 car (if I'm correct) built in 1993. Option code M503 was used. This car was built on a cabrio chassis.

Adrian will correct us on when this stuff was built...

yes the AR was a 92 know model, nada shows also 93, the letter from Porsche says actually 354 made in 92, some people said less, it also says that 52 were made in 1993. The letter also says that the number of 94 is undetermined??? so , the factory says it is, but that is as much info on it as i can get, so I thought I would ask, and at least learn from the 92-93 models.

 

It is all in my book. Only one month to wait. The American Roadster wasonly produced in model year 1992. In 1994 was the Speedster. If you have a 94 VIN American Roadster it must have M718 in the options list.
