Where are headers sourced from? How about rear bumper on the right side vs center cutout? Does anybody have pictures for completed installed setup?

Exactly! Lower opening is the "loud" straight through setup. Top is the smaller inlet "quiet" setup. Oh, and the muffler can't support capping lower and running through top (quiet) inlet only- not on track at least. I did so to meet sound @ NCM and caused a seam on the backside to split.

I have B&B headers. I originally had a full B&B single outlet. My B&B muffler had a weld fail on track and melted a hole in the rear bumper cover. Soooo, I decided to make lemonade out of lemons. My bumper is the a fiberglass unit from GT Racing which I spec'd with no exhaust cutout.
