Cup 1 advice
Opo, the engineering rule of thumb is that the available thread should equal the bolt diameter. With our 10mm studs I measured a hair over 10mm of thread available using the 6mm spacers. 7mm is getting to live on the edge. I'm not even wild about only having 10mm available while running sticky tires on competition days. Changing studs is such a pita though, and I'm religious about checking lugnut torque. Especially after having the wheels almost come off while autocrossing a Mini!
TJ, their USA operations run out of Florida. Cost $42 to chip a single wheel to me in MA. The US site is fvdusa.com. No affiliation, just a happy customer. I only mention them because the price of a used set + straightening any bent wheels is about the same price as brand new.
Nick is correct, we have the wheels in stock at our Florida location currently and we typically try to keep them in stock.

Nick...changing studs is very easy. Stock studs are 45mm. If you want to buy a set of 55mm (or whatever size) studs and head down this way some Saturday, we can knock them out in a couple hours on the car...
