Any idea what this is
I found this way under the seat of Talia MY91 964. It appears to be part of a lock assembly

If it doesn't have a letter P engraved somewhere it most certainly is not OEM and thus hard to say where that came from.
Maybe it could be part of an Anti-theft-steeringwheel-lock-bar thing or whatever you call those.

Looks like an old style locking nut thing for the wheels. It had key to lock the nut, there was plastic cover over it. A real pain when the key won't turn. I changed out mine pretty quickly.
