Default Design 90....

All right guys, these Design 90 wheels are growing on me. Every time I look at my car, I like it more and more. I recently dropped my engine and threw on the 90’s to avoid flat spotting the tires on my Cups. I think I’ll be using the D-90’s for street and the Cups for the track. To top it off, they have a chrome finish!

I like 'em too...

Plus they are very light. Correct tire sizes that fit these rims are cheap to replace

What's the weight comparison of these versus Cups? Are the 90's strong enough for the track?

one thing for sure tho, the 90s doesn't seem to provide cooling to the brakes compared to the Cups.

Yeah, it's a Design 90s renaissance!

How 'bout we change the name of this thread to "Show Us Your D90s?"

I don't believe this thread...

I've a set I've been trying to sell for 2 years now and the best offer I've got is 100€

Nobody loves Design 90's
(unless this is reverse logic before selling them..?)

I am using my design 90s again this winter. They look okay. Yes they are light and yes they are more than strong enough for the track. The C4RS was fitted with them (9JX16 at the rear).
You are correct Irishdriver they are hard to get rid of, I could not give mine away but they do grow on you and they make a superb winter wheel. They also give a very comfortable and smooth ride with 205s up front and 225s on the rear for winter driving.
Ciao,
Adrian

At first I was sure that I would get a set of Cup 1:s, but I'm also starting to fall in love with the D90:s. They give the car a far more elegant look, which I think suits this model.

cheers
