Unusual brake ducts
I really like these as they are wider & rounded at both sides of the duct. Have searched for a while but so far been unable to find who makes them. Would appreciate it if someone could point me to the right direction.

I recently saw these on a picture of a 964 cup car as well and wondered the same thing. Since this is a pic of an RS, I wonder if they have a Porsche part number?

There is no such thing as original RS ducts. The RS came with dummy fog lights and a wider lens, replacing the fog light lens and the US bumper or the euro filling clear plastic part. There is is no airduct part in the PET either.
Not even the Cup cars had ducts, as seen on the below pics from 1990 and 1993.

Yes and now. Likely the factory made some for the 964, but with no official part number that I know of.
Point is, people are calling anything and everything "RS" or "Cup", Lots of misleading info.

I think only 2 964 models came from the factory with brake ducts, the 964 3.8 RS and the turbo s leichtbau.
Cup cars used brake duct in the last season (cannot remember the year) with 18" wheels and cup mirrors in place of racing mirrors.

The OP pic looks like a 993 style brake duct made to fit a 964

993 ducts are still squarish on one side, unless it's the one with built in round fog that has been modified, even then the aperture on 993 is very much one sided (towards the inside) whereas this one is more centric!
