For those who wonder what the center reflector looks like under the lens here are some shots

I had one that was faded and cracked so I decided to try something different with it

Remove top seal, mine just carefully peeled off

You can either use a dremel to cut the lens off or heat and carefully peel it off the housing, I used the dremel with a cut off wheel

Lens actually came off in one piece!!

I havent decided whats next , will post further when I do something with it

interested in whats next as well...a well known weak point in 964's, along with the taillights...

One idea is to fit this metal piece, powdercoat it flat black , maybe add more brake lights?
