Can I temporarily undo center and lateral slaves, total four bolts and zip tie secure for a driveway test that should have both differentials in OPEN status?
The lever that the slave piston depress, can I use a tool to see that the travel is free and not sticking or is too much psi needed? This would be while car is off and stationary?
Hate to think I have perfect working slave cylinders and missed a sticky actuator lever?
How can I CONFIRM that the rear diff is OPEN and remains during the follow:
Car level not moving, turn wheel all the way to one direction, slowly let out clutch and advance car thru a tight turn? In that instance, I may be getting a major wheel hop from the outside wheel as rear diff is locked... Do same in straight line normal?

If you tie them off, and then the system engages with many thousand psi, the rod will likely shoot out like a bullet. So I wouldn't. It's only held in by a circlip. And with no resistance on the shaft I doubt the circlip would hold...
