German retail seller of genuine parts
Hi List,
I'm in the market for various new engine parts. It seems (logically) that the closer you can get to Porsche the cheaper they get. i.e. German dealers in EUR.
I'd be pleased to add a few others to my list of one, Teile. (They don't have a 964 oil pump atm.)
TIA

Not necessarily true. Margins/markups are generally higher in Europe than the US, partly due to the additional taxes and also the way products are distributed through multiple channels. That being said the exchange rate is another variable and at the moment it's in our (US) favor.

Further, "parts ain't just parts" now. Due to outsourcing and poor QC, one must really know whats good and whats not these days in order to get a good reliable engine.
