Default Replacing RS dampers..

A good friend of mine has a 964 RS with at least 80k miles on it. He wants new dampers installed and curious to what is recommended. He drives this car daily and (shame) never sees the track or autox.

What would the 964 guru's recommend for replacement dampers. Probably will buy from Gert if he has them.

I offered to install them for him, to save him some money. Any special tools needed for this install?

Thanks!

Chris, on the installation process, check out the writeups on John Mile's site, both Bill and I have writeups on there, probably a few more since then??

As for an RS replacement, hmmmmm - I would think if he drives it on the street, daily, can deal with the ride that he's been experiencing...and has no intention of tracking/autocrossing it (even if he did I'm sure the RS suspension would be GREAT for that) - he should just replace with factory parts.
