Porsche has confirmed, radios will be available by the end of April. If you want to pre-order, you can buy your place in line. Must be prepaid, you can cancel at any time. They will be released on a first come, first served basis.

What lies behind every classic Porsche? Famous legends. Thousands of racing victories. Countless memories. And now also a Radio Navigation System. Porsche Classic presents a completely redesigned Radio Navigation system. It combines state-of-the-art technology and classic design and is suitable for all classic models.

The Radio Navigation System developed by Porsche to fit perfectly into the dashboard, comes with two different **** designs to suit vintage cars and recent classics. The touchscreen operation as well as the ***** and buttons are based on the logic of the 2016 model year Porsche Communication Management (PCM). Compatible with your original audio system. User-friendliness and reception have been optimized in extensive testing. Latest navigation technology ensures ease of use and excellent readability. The route guidance on the high-resolution 3.5-inch display is available in 2D, 3D or as a basic arrow display.

The device also has iPhone, iPod, USB and AUX interfaces. Bluetooth functionality means that you can make calls from your vehicle – using an internal and external microphone. The classic design of the Porsche Classic Radio Navigation System reflects the device's analogue heritage, while the powerful sound echoes the digital future.

Man this would look awesome in my 89... which has a function Reno/amp with newer OEM fit speakers...

Meh. When I drive my 964 I want to get away from hi-tech. Go old school. And just drive. Nothing else.

some things porsche are a waste. I got a kienzle 1016bt. its only $140 usd and looks retro oem and has bluetooth sd capability.

I already have a nice radio, GPS and Blue Tooth connectivity. So, $1240 will get me a screen which is too small.

I haven't turned my radio on since the day I drove it home when I bought it. Not sure if it still works or not.

Gf can drive the 500 E class wagon with all the nav and radio she wants. The price of this radio will give me fresh seat leather.

My original is on the shelf. I using a Blaupunkt Toronto. It has Bluetooth etc and is short money. Looks good in the dash.
