Here are some pictures of the build.

In summary the spec is:
Big red front Calipers with 964 Turbo discs and Pagid yellows
993C2 Rear Calipers with RS discs and Pagid yellows
RS sway bars front and rear
RS engine mounts
RSR engine support bracket
RS lightweight flywheel
Dansk cat bypass
KW Clubsport dampers
RS lightweight carpet set
Rear seat delete
Heigo rear cage
Recaro Pole Position seats
RS Door cards
Radio blanking plate
Momo quick release sterring wheel
Sabelt 6 point harnesses
Rear wiper delete
Castrol SRF brake fluid
Road wheels - Dynamic Speed 18" Fuchs replicas - Cup 2 tyres
Track wheels - Speedline reps with Dunlop slicks/BBS reps with Dunlop wets.

Set up.
Ride height front - RS -25mm. Rear - RS -20mm
Camber front -3.0 deg. Rear -3.0 Deg

To come: Remap, 60:40 slip diff (Guards or GT) with custom preload.

Thats it - although I've probably forgotten something.

I wanted the car to retain as much of it's standard parts and to look as stock as possible whilst maximising the potential of the chassis and with a very sharp set up.

Very pleased with the result.

+1 I think you achieved your goal.

I can only imagine how "sharp" the car feels.

That suspension, those brakes, and grippy seats... (= sharp 964!)
Yummy!

I was at Silverstone last year(?) when you drove wtdoom's '73RS....

My car is going through its second rebuild in my ownership (a more comprehensive job this time around). It will emerge from its chrysalis in Spring wearing Jamie's BBS E27's
I remember that day. The Bumos RSR is a wonderful car. Good luck with the rebuild!

This is some in car footage at the first test. The car had a decent balance but I subsequently added .5 deg more front neg camber. Tyres are Cup 2's. I thought that you may fing it interesting

Just a quick update. The car has run perfectly over the year and has been without doubt my favourite 'hooner'. These cars are just fantastic, just the right balance of pace and involvement. I wouldn't be parted from my 64.

Over the winter I am planning some upgrades. I will be replacing the standard bushing with Elehant Racing sport bushes to sharpen things up a little. The factory LSD will be replaced by a guards Pro unit but I am undecided on the ramping. Finally the discs will be replaced by brembo groved floating items. my set up is 993RS front and 964RS rear so they will be relatively easy to source.

These upgrades should give me the platform that I am looking for.

The car has run very quickly on circuit all year, has a very nice balance and showed no real signs understeer. Good news For those of you looking to minimise bumpsteer without changing your uprights.

Will update as the mods are ongoing

I notice that you kept the OEM little triangles highlighted with yellow circle. With my solid mounts I haven’t used them.
Analyzing the engine mounts shape I thought they were necessary only with stock mounts.

Unfortunately cant answer that one as a race prep shop oversaw the build for me. I'll ask them and get back to you.
