Nah, there are already great forums out there. Facebook is really where all the vast volume of activity takes place... it allows us to accumulate a group that all know eachother on a face to face basis.

We weren't trying to start a tech forum. We started a real world social group.

That said, the rate of conversation re 964s on Facebook is insane.
There's always room for another Frank, especially a tech based forum.

I can't be bothered with Facebook but if it works for W964.

Sorry Tommy, didn't mean to hijack your welcome!

Cheers,
Paul

Welcome TK,

You're going to have fun this car. How are you going to handle the interior wear? Drive and forget? Thinking of a color change?

Looking forward to seeing restoration pics, followed quickly by W9O group run pics!

Thanks Mixter!

Hi Jetta,

The interior is a bit worn. I'll try and 'reconnolise' but might end up having to just retrim it. I quite like the contrast with the red bodywork though so I'd probably keep the colour.

I do hope to get out on a few runs as soon as possible. I'll be getting the work done as soon as possible but do have other cars to enjoy that might get in the way now and again.

Cheers,
TK
(real name is Duncan by the way)
