Default Failed CA emissions test.

I took my 1991C2 in for the required emissions test. I'm running the FVD brombacher racing headers and muffler with the dual sport cats. I passed 2 years ago, but this time I was 1.06 on CO and required is 0.73

I forgot to put the air on on, so I would've failed anyway, but wondering what could be done about this? I always leave the car with the battery disconnected. Maybe I need to do a system adaptation?

I ran scan tool adaptation, and the O2 sensor is reporting between 30 and 150 fluctuating every 3-4 seconds.

Well, the adaptation seems to have helped, but only got the CO down to 80, need 73 to pass.

Any ideas? New oxygen sensor?

stock cats. sport cats are great for performance but they don't have the cell count for out ****ty *** emissions testing programs.

i'm actually surprised you passed at all, and didn't fail the visual inspection.
