Default Lower front bumper shape fix

I took a nice drive yesterday in my 964. Was looking through some pics and noticed my lower front bumper valance is bumped in. Is there an easy fix on this one? I've seen the smile correction threads, but believe this is different.

Here's where the issue is:

A few pics from my drive:

Anyone know if I can replace just this window trim piece without removing the rear quarter window?

No it is not different, the smile correction fix is what you need. Undo the bottom part of the front bumper, and straighten the metal piece in the centre.

Re: the window trim. The window needs to come out as the trim is fastened with small screws that are hidden under the window gasket.

I replaced my driver's side a few years ago. It's fairly easy but works best with another set of hands.

IIRC - remove the interior trim below the window. With one person outside, start working the rubber seal from the inside in order to tease it over the sheet metal lip.
To replace the window, I wrapped a length of string around the window gasket and draped that inside the car. With my friend pushing against the window, I slowly pulled the string around the gasket, perpendicular to the glass. This pulled the rubber lip over the sheet metal.
