Default seat belt power.

I know sounds bizarre. I had a plug sitting half in and with the end frayed. From what I can see after removing the seat there is two leads that runup to the belt clip.

I'm assuming this is a buzzer alarm for driving without a seatbelt?

Am I wrong?

I believe that is correct, but it doesn't buzz if they remain disconnected.
