Your crazy, keep that nsx! to me it's not smart to swap only if you don't care about value...
NSX is honda's top model so one of the best investments for the years to come... Just save money and buy a 964 later on. my 000.2 cents
Exqueeze me? You haven't checked the price trends of the air cooled Porsches lately (~2X jump in the last 3-4 years). While the 964 is my least favorite of the old 911s, all of them are sky-rocketing in price. Pretty soon they will be totally unaffordable. No way a NSX will appreciate like that. Only reason to keep the NSX would be if you want flash and onlookers. Only purists and car experts really notice the old 911s.

Actually, NSXs are experiencing the same increase in value. When my '88 Carrera was totalled four years ago, I replaced it with a '92 NSX, which is currently worth about double what I paid for it (which was $6.5K less than the insurance settlement on the 911.) I could sell it now and buy a G50 Carrera or a 964 for the same money, or for a bit more a 993. Regarding future values, there are many more 911s out there, and nice NSXs will likely increase in value as much, if not more, than 911s due to rarity alone.

Thanks. Nsx values are gettin quite high. Especially for a clean title. Salvage ones are going for 25k average. I already have solid cash offers but don't want to go thru the headache of searching for a 964, hence the reason for posting. If someone is really interested can get cash as well for the NSX.

Definitely clean NSX are hard to find and going for more money than 964's. At least in the Canadian market.
I agree it is due to the rarity. I have been looking for a clean one for a few years now.
A little update:
Just did the following
Timing belt
Water pump
Valve adjustment
Fuel filter
New gaskets
Timing covers
02 rear update with 3k paint service on the rear bumper and balance
If anyone interested message me
I'd trade you if you'd be interested in a cab with a hardtop (double the pleasure and double the fun!). Got about a million extra parts that a wrench such as yourself would appreciate. My neighbor growing up had an NSX. The day he drove it home he stopped by our house to show it off. My dad, deadpan and in total seriousness, asked "why didn't you just get a ferrari?"
I have a customer with a 1991 with 19000 miles. Unmolisted all original. Thats the one's bringing the big bucks. I't hard to find one that is stock and not crashed.
