Default cost brake job ?

Its time to have my brake fluid changed. My specialist is in holiday so I want to go to an OPC.

Can , of this job is in an OPC please ? Brake fluid, bleeding, labour cost, etc...

I prefer to have an idea of what to expect.

Thanks,

Not OPC, but mine is booked with an independent next week for a brake fluid change - I have been quoted £50 labour and £15.99 fluid.

My related question is whether I should specify a particular brand/grade of brake fluid (or supply my own) - or just run the risk of them filling it with any old cheap stuff!

Typically a brake fluid replacement is one hour labor plus the fluid. I believe the Porsche brake fluid is of the ATE Super Blue/Typ 200 variety, and I would have the independant use one of those, especially if you follow Porsches replacement regiment (flush every 2 or 3 years, depending on your model - think Porsche went to 3 year intervals around 1993?).
