If Porsche wont make them available to you then why not go after the CDs...
If your business has any intellectual property where you've chosen how to share it for a monetary return, would you be concerned that people were distributing it with no economic benefit to you? One reason you don't see them hawked here, is that the CD's are illegal copies of copyrighted material (although there is at least one that is not the Porsche factory manual but a third party's repair manual). Note it is a Rennlist site policy not to support anything which is a violation of somebody else's copyright.
