Default Motor/Tranny weight ?
Looking for the weight of motor/tranny as pulled from our cars.

Is a 1500lb atv/motorcycle jack adequate? I suspect it is bet want some comfort factor.

Plenty adequate, and it worked for me. Engine is around 500lbs, trans maybe 150lbs. I used a second floor jack under the trans, otherwise you won't be able to balance them. Enjoy

Hello, If you can swing it a hydraulic lift table is the cats meow. I bought a new one off craiglist and all that was wrong was it needed bleeding.
