hmm good point my previous experience here is not related to the 964 motor but instead 4 pots, so chalk and cheese in hindsight. Back when K series engines were fitted in Elises it was common place to replace the twin pulley (outer pulley was unused in this application and was a harmonic balancer) to a single pulley (serpentine belt) when fitting a Turbo Technics supercharger kit.
