Default Prepping bumpers for paint - advice

I am getting ready to have my bumpers painted and was wondering if anyone had suggestions on the correct way to prep them for paint? What grit should I sand them to prior to paint? Any specific tips to prepping plastic bumpers? I have never prepped plastic before and definetly don't want to screw this up

Thank you

I just bought a perfect colour match touch up 2oz bottle and a 12oz spray can from automotivetouchup.com. I had to fudge the car year from 1989 (actual) to 1991 to get the 22D Slate Grey Metallic colour.

Anyhow, I also bought a plastic adhesion promoter spray can to assist with the stick to the plastic. Check out their website as they have some good tips.
