Need to replace my fuel filler neck to get rid of that nasty fuel smell in the frunk.

I've come across 3 parts numbers. Any idea which his the lastest and greatest?

964 201 043 07 (read that this may be for leaded gas)
964 201 043 06
993 201 043 00

Thanks!

If you look in the pet catalog on the Porsche website you should only see the latest numbers. From there, if you want to be sure, call bob at sunset Porsche and order the parts over the phone. He will make sure you have all the latest parts and guide you through anything else you need for the job.

Someone else here may have the actual answer...I need to do the same job, but just haven't actually gotten there yet. But man I'm sick of breathing fumes after every full tank and every right hand turn...

I bought a filler neck from the Porsche center a few months ago, there was only one on their list, it was 993 part. Went in without a problem.

I'm noticing that my windshield washer fluid that's in my car is dirty. The few times I've sprayed it, its dried dark. Anyway to drain the tank without just spraying it all out?

Also, is there such a thing as vapor lock on these cars? Every now and then after driving for a while, I get back into the car and try to start it and it doesn't It cranks but don't turn over. Is this DME relay related or is there actually a vapor lock type thing going on?

Thanks guys!
