Thanks for the complement! See the below thread. Fitting the 996 wheel was not hard once I researched the necessary parts. It was a little costly (around $950, mostly used parts) and involved but I would do it again. I simply love the improvement!!!

There must be something in the air, I am planning to carry out the same operation on the 993/GT2 aluminium & leather shifter. However, I haven't yet managed to get the courage to carry this thought out yet....
