The 3rd brake light of my 1991 Targa is very dim and so I wonder how to access the bullb to see if a 10W was installed accidentally instead of a 21W bulb. Reading the owner manual I found instructions on all bulb accept the 3rd brake light. Would anyone be so kind to instruct me how to get access to the bulb without breaking anything?

Does anyone know how to open the third brake light (Targa)? found no clue how to open the light and forum search did not help...

I took a couple pictures of the process a while back when I changed the bulb in my coupe... (don't know if it's similar in a Targa?)
