Dont think the 91 came with a bulb in the cell position. I seem to remember reading you could stick on in there tho. Its empty on my 91.

Like jimq's 91, my 90 had a factory plug in the CEL spot meaning that it wasn't intended to have one. However, swapped a bulb for the plug and the CEL works properly.
