Oil cooler relay
Hi,
hot weather got me checking out my oil cooler operation and my fan doesn't run
checked fuse ok
checked relay R04 and its missing, jumpered teminals 3 + 7 and fan runs ok
Does anyone know the bosch ? part no for a relay ? I am hoping this is a part common to other cars and can be got hold of easily

I recall having thhis same thing awhile back. I think the relay right next the oil cooler fan relay is the same p/n, try a swap? also there are some good threads on troubleshooting here on the board. also try this link.

have part no now 811 951 253 which is a vw audi part from 87- 89 audi 100 as well as a 964
have tried more than 10 different suppliers and no luck (main dealers and all) and now trying second hand breakers etc
