New Magnus Walker Designed Wheels

And as far as weight, I was comparing to the other aftermarket wheels. I wouldnt have imagined these wheels ever to be as light as original Fuchs but typically, aftermarket wheels, especially ones intended to "pay homage" to the styling of a classic wheel, end up being fairly heavy and sometimes, not very strong. I think these are supposed to be strong as hell and with weights around 14lbs for a 15x9. I think that IS LESS than a forged 15x9 Fuchs according to this chart... the Fuchs Forged 15x8 is 14lbs. If anything, theyre darn near the same weight at the original forged Fuchs - http://members.rennlist.org/911pcars/wheelwts.html
There is no right or wrong with wheels. I just personally happen to love these more than any other take on the Fuchs. Theyre well built, theyre light (comparatively) and they pay homage to the classic Fuchs wheel while being obviously different. I would love to see a set on like Jack Olsen's car or similar RSR inspired builds.
Got a sneak peek from one of the Fifteen52 dudes... A new Magnus Walker Video comes out tomorrow with these wheels kinda being "officially debuted" so check it out if you care.

I would build a nice set of trick Fuchs (Weidman, rough anodized or Zuffenhaus 17's) anyday before these.
IMHO, this is an answer to a question unasked.

Not harsh at all, we're just talking here.
I can happily report that that doesn't describe the wheels used by Singer, either in the weight or strength
Again, I kind of dig that in 15 - needs some tweaking to fix some blockiness, but the there's something promising about it (IMO, of course - others will disagree)
I'll be following along for some as-delivered weights if these hit the market as I'm curious.

That's the beauty of opinion
There is no question that the Fuchs forged wheels are light, strong and some of the most beautiful classic, iconic wheels to put on a classic Porsche. Not much will ever compare. I would never argue that these were meant to replace or compete with a classic Fuchs wheel... Just another alternative in a sea of options.

Haha, welcome to the 964 board Rich
All weight and size questions will be answered after tomorrow night about the wheels but I do expect some pretty competitive #'s (albeit $$$) to most aftermarket wheels. And the price reflects american quality built products.

Well done ... Fuchs inspired, but lighter!
