Many thanks,

Hi Paul, I dont, but I will take some more when I get back this afternoon, if I am honest I am not sure about the shape of the glass, it is different to the original

Hi Orp,

Thanks for your reply. That would be great, thanks in advance.

I know what you mean about the glass shape, that's why I'd like to see an overall picture of it. I poosibly could learn to love it. I notice the Singers have a clear glass and their's is a similar shape to the orginal Porsche glass covers, so they are possibly available somewhere.

Nevertheless it still looks very good

Cheers,
Paul

Are the ribs not for the parking light bulb hence at the bottom?

I don't believe so...
I hve the following Hella Lenses and the ribs are at the top and writing is at the bottom, makes sense that you'd be able to read the writing when looking directly at the lense.
I guess the ribs at the top could be for light cut off...

Silly question (that I have not found a good answer to):

Has anyone tested the lights with a light adjusting machine, both low and high beams, and checked the pattern (i.e. higher, angled cutoff on the right side of the road)?

Reason I ask: here in Switzerland, land of the car law *****, anything *not* abiding the rules will be refused without mercy.

Not sure if the D Zug clear lenses fit like the originals, but if they do make sure to take your time with the metal retaining clips.

Its good to have a completed one on the bench next to the one you're working on to get the clips in the corect position

These look great. The only thing I'm not sold on are the parking lights holes at the bottom, I wish there would be an option to oder without them.

I guess you could fill them, there are two locations for the sidelight bulbs in the kit

Just dropped the car back to garage to swap them over, to be fair the instructions don't say which way up they go
