Default early 964 bilstein pss coilover

Is anyone currently running the bilstien pss coilover system on a early 964, with the longer rear struts? Can someone provide a part number, I have a part number but nothing seems to come up in the searches. I want to confirm they are for an early build 964. The number I have is F4-VM3-D266-H1. Thanks

Yep- Running PSS10's on our '90 C2. My brother works for a major OEM in suspension development and his contact at Bilstein North America helped him source a PSS10 kit from Germany about 3 years ago. I'll see if the booklet has the part #. You might also try calling Bilstein North America....

I just recently tried to source PSS10s for an early 964 with the longer wheel struts. I wasn't able to find a quickly available set that would fit. Ended up switching to KW v3s.

If you don't mind calling down to California, give FD Motorsports a call. They helped me out, are aware of the issues, and are great to work with.

To use 993/late964rear shocks in early car - all you need is 2 spacers that change bolt pattern. late964 fronts will just fit, to use 993 fronts you'll need 1mm spacer for lower mounting bolt.

Did you manage to find a part number or even a sticker on the actually strut?

I tried calling Bilstein Canada and they ask me what year my car is and when I tell them it's a 1991 they give me the part number for a later 1991 and 92+. When I tell them I have an early 91 they tell me there is no difference.

Looks like the part # is F4-VM3-D267 for a '90 C2 coupe. I was able to find a pic prior to installation. Here's a link I found for the brochure I found by googling the part #. It specifically shows that it's for a '90 model on the last couple pages.
