I don't think that it is that much if you have to do the thru bolts. You might want to consider freshening up the engine too while you're in there.

BTW, how much oil are you leaking?

Thru bolts is what I meant.

Not sure how much is leaking looks like a quater size spot on both sides.

If they mean the chain housing to block seals, that requires dropping the engine and pulling stuff apart to change them out, and it would not be an inexpensive bill. If they mean the chain cover seals, those can be changed with the engine in the car (although you have to be creative around the a/c bracket. Valve cover gaskets are a nothing, and I haven't done anything with the o-rings, so can't comment there.
