Default Electrical experts step inside...issue with rear light

Hi all.

Recently purchased a 94 carrera 2 targa. The right rear tail light does not work. Turn the lamps on and nothing at the right rear. The brake signal light will light up, but with only one filament in the two filament bulb, the left side burns both filaments when the brakes are applied. The right rear turn signal lamp will not light up either. The right rear hazard flasher does not light up either.

I unplugged the right rear assembly and could measure 11.29V at the connector plug with the brakes applied, no voltage could be detected with the lights on or with the signal light.

Any suggestions.

Thanks in advance.

Gary

Did a search here to find a wiring diagram and just learned the right and left sides are fused separately, will check that.
