Default '91 C2

About to start the process of picking up a '91 C2 with 106k miles on it. Need to get a PPI done but the motor appears to be bone dry. The only issue is a reported accident reported on the car fax stating "Vehicle inspected after an accident or other incident Damage reported due to natural disaster." Front fender was hit but no frame damage from what i can see. This happened 2 owners prior so don't know the real story. Should the high mileage or accident scare me away or will a PPI tell all?

Natural disaster damage wouldn't scare me as long as a thorough PPI and inspection is accomplished and it comes through clean. 106k on a '91 is not high by the way. Sounds about right for a lightly driven car to me.
