Thanks Jeff, the leak I have found is from the end of the cam tower, so not leaking into the spark plugs. It could also come from higher up I.E. the cam seal, but I am hoping thats not the case.

 

I am happy to announce that the RS rocker shaft seals work perfectly. After a week of daily driving I have only seen a very small drop of oil on the floor, and I narrowed that down to the drain tubes. I know you can get slide-in ones, but is it possible to seal the ones in there from the inside with something like Curil T ???
