Car came back from the body shop and I am really impressed with the work on the rear fenders. It is really hard to tell any work was done and this was the whole idea. The 285 tires and 21mm spacers fit nicely now, I can drop the car to any height. Even below RS height if I would like that.
Also shortened the exhaust tips a bit, they were too long.
Inside excess metal was removed to prepare for the new RS interior.

This week the brakes are finished and Tuesday the car will go to the upholstery company for the interior.
Another 2-3 weeks.

Looking good! Did they repaint just the quarter panels? I like the dark red calipers, they fit the overall scheme of the car..!

Thanks! I am so happy how things are turning out...I visit the Porsche workshop where the car is daily to follow the progress...haha
I am off to Turkey with my daughter for two weeks and if all goes well the RS interior should be done when I get back.

Then its only a matter of the rear suspension which will be done at the Intrax production facilities and installation of the Guard LSD and race ABS unit.

So I'll back in two weeks folks!

Thanks!
It is around 550hp/640Nm, but I'll do another dyno run in a couple of weeks and post the results.
Cup1 is nice as well, I like those. But the new style Fuchs are technically superior I think and the looks are a very nice blend of old and new. A bit like what the 964 is all about if you ask me.
And since I love to track my car I need 18" for the larger rotors (cooling mainly) and better choice of tires.
Let me be clear about one thing though, this car is much more about go then about show. All upgrades are of the highest possible quality and with a specific purpose in mind.
Having said that, after seeing these wheels on my car I can no longer imagine it any other way.

RS interior ist great. I did this over the last year with my car. RS Seats with new, black leather - great.

Everytime i go to the garage and open the door, i get the smell of leather in my nose... :-)

Any thougth of Michelin Cups with the cool european weather on public roads yet?

Have a nice holyday!!

Just got these photos with the seats installed and the rear bumper finished with the numberplate lighting. Rear bumper didn't fit right and was a little out of wack but luckily they could fix it and everything lines up right now.
Seats look really amazing, they are dropping off the car at the upholstery place today! This is going to look so good when the black interior is finished!!

Haha, thanks for the kind words! All coming up, can't wait to pick up my car and take it out to play. The new suspension and lost weight will make a night and day difference with the last time I drove it.
