looking at 1991 c2. i have the following questions please:

- can cv boots be replaced on this car.
- fog light lens cracked..(new lens or whole unit)
-is 105000 miles looking for problems i.t.o reliability and /or future resale.
OR should i spend about $5k more for a 1993 with about 80k miles on car?

PLEASE give me your opinions.

Dear Spike,
The only advice I can give you is to purchase what you are happy with. If you have the extra money go for the 1993 model. Just remember you are purchasing a used car.

PS: To answer your question.
1: Yes
2: New unit
3: Depends how the miles were added and how the C 2 has been maintained.
4: If you have the extra cash yes.

All depends what has been done to the earlier car. If it's had, say, an engine rebuild it could be a better buy than the later car. Check the history carefully.
