I'll be dropping my 91 C2 targa off for a paint job tomorrow. To complete the makeover it needs a new top too. Anyone have any suggestions on where I should buy from? Anyone with suggestions on who to not buy from either? Thanks

Do you mean a complete new top (apparently hugely expensive if you can get one) or a refurb of your exiting top? These may help http://www.pelicanparts.com/techarti...econdition.htm http://www.pelicanparts.com/techarti...s_corner-3.htm

Call Dan at Cars Inc. He is the guy for top restoration.

Excellent. Thanks. I just need a reconditioning. The framing and headliner look good, the exterior is just dry rotted from sitting in the sun for years before I bought it.

I've been meaning to get mine done now for a few years and when I asked Dan at Cars Inc, he said it would need a full recondition.$$$$. So I've been holding off and saving the pennies. My headliner and frame look good too, but there is more to the top than meets the eye. Check with Dan though.
