I am a newbie to the 964 world but after spending some time and seeing the different cars here and the web, I think the value would be to keep it a targa.

I think you will find the info you are looking for at:
"Www. Rennlight.com/howto/cab/"
If this doesn't get you there search on rennlight and you should find the info on how to convert Targa to Cab. Good luck.
