Is the G50/32 the GT2 box? How can you tell it by looking at the casing?

The G50/32 is the European 993 RS Clubsport/Supercup gearbox. I don't know if 993 GT2 used it or not.

The serial number on bottom of gearbox will be in the form G50/32 2 02XXX. G50/32=type, 2=LSD (which all G50/32's have) 02XXX= serial number. Or if a new gearbox it will be written on the top of gearbox so it can be identified from above without lifting it.

Food for thought......? I've been looking for a LSD for my Track car and appears that my Tech has located a used MY'90 LSD (40%) locking factor and a slightly higher final ratio ring/pinion (more Zoom Zoom). Perhaps this might be an option for you?
