I am actually the 4th owner, but the fun story is I worked at our local Porsche store when this car was sold and actually delivered it to the original owner. I vowed that day to own it and fast forward 20 years and I do, gotta love it!

I will sell it one day, just make sure to treat my wife right on the deal as she will be newly widowed on that day!

That's a complement, in case it's not clear.

I have to give credit where credit is due. I usually do my own cars but ran out of time before the big day so I entrusted my baby with the only people I would trust: John and Ben and their crew at Metropolitan Detail. Here is what they used:

Degreasing- Optimum Power Clean
Undercarriage- Sonax Car Shampoo
Wheels- Zymol HD Cleanse followed by Zymol Vintage Estate Glaze
Paint Decontamination- Nanoskin Autoscrub
Paint Correction- Menzerna Super Intensive followed by Menzerna Super Finish
Paint Cleanser- Zymol HD Cleanse
Final- 2 coats of Zymol Vintage
Interior- Sonax Dashboard Cleaner
Carpet- Auto Glym Carpet Shampoo
Glass- Sonax Window Cleaner

I take great pride in the fact that I have personally detailed all of my cars for the past 20+ years and been competitive in various circuits doing so. It was a huge leap for me to turn my car over to someone else but I have to say I was THRILLED with their work. If you are in the Seattle area try them out.

RSA is an epic car... and yours looks amazing! Congrats on the ownership, and nice job with the detailing!

964s are my favorite line of 911s... All my "bucket list Porsches" are 964s!!!! (RSA, '92 US Cup, '92 America Roadster, 94 3.6 Turbo, etc.)

I still have the original RSA brochure hanging above my desk at the home office. It's been 20 years!!!!! (damn - feeling old)

I saw that gorgeous car in person and I don't think those pictures do the car justice. Even though they are beautiful pictures.

Congratulations, Nathan well deserved accolades.

That was the best Porsche I have had! Sold mine a few years ago with only 18K miles! Zero delete option.

Last weekend I showed the car at the NW Region PCA Porsche Grand Display at Carillion Point in Kirkland, WA. It was a fun event despite almost continual downpour. We had great representation amongst 964's which included a 1989 C4 Coupe, 1990 C2 Coupe, 1992 C2 Cabriolet, my 1993 RS America, Road Scholars 4,700 original miles RS America, a Black 1994 Speedster and a Red 964 Speedster. All in all some very nice cars.

I was a little bit suprised but they judged the cars in a strange year breakout 1980-1994 which was a ton of cars! I ended up taking 2nd place behind a very nicely done 89 C4 coupe. For the event I thought they would consider originality so I installed the OEM Cup 1's, turns out that didnt matter but it gave me a chance to photo the car on the original wheels.

Some nice 964's:
