Default Age sickness with the handling

Now my 964 has become 22 years old. Like myself who is 52, you become a little frayed at the joints over the years .... When I get up in the highway speed, I think the car has too much play in the steering. The question is how much I would need to replace in spare parts!
You can buy the track rod inner with its rubber bush ...... but the question is if I have to go all the way and change all the bushes at the front?
Anyone have a good concept or prescription on how far i have to go?
Right now every extra money I can earn, goes to my new garage I´m building......and without garage at the moment....I have to ask a Porsche mechanic to do the job which means a lot of cash......

I just did this job over the winter. I replaced:

Inner tie rod joints
Outer tie rod joints
Tie rod adjuster sleeve
Steering rack bushings
Control arm bushings (bought from fister here on rennlist, can also buy them from powerflex)
Ball joints

Basically everything but the strut top mounts which I replaced a few years ago when I installed my coilovers. I, like you, felt my 964 getting old and sloppy. Overall I am thrilled with the improvement after doing this job. Definitely worth the money spent if you value driving your 964.

I've replaced all of my front steering wear items too. It makes the car feel new again.

FWIW I replaced my inner tie rods but didn't need to; the old ones were in great shape. Anything at the rear other than strut bearings is big money.

You can buy polyurethane rear trailing arm bushings from powerflex for a reasonable amount. I'll probably do so later this summer
