I had the original template/jig made up for my personal car ( not cheap) & while I don't mind making a few up for fellow RL members please understand they are not tuv/uk approved so if you need all official stamps on glass best to buy porsche so sold as " race use only".....ta fuch

Weight of rear screens...all done on Tom from lemass paint scales.

Rs screen no hole
505 grams
My pilkington to spec screen laminated no hole no heated bars
605 grams
Stock rear screen with hole & heated
642 grams

So if your after ultimate weight loss a Porsche screen is the best option.

 

.? Not sure if I understand those weighs ....? No it can't be ...is it the weight difference ...(505 grs is 1/2 a kilo....)

 

Sorry I'm thick...done on paint scales so all I know is its lighter than stock but not as light as a rs screen if you look at the numbers...in kg,grams,tons or whatever it weigh's in ...: )
