Transmission hard to shift
The transmission started to be hard to shift. Opened up the shifter tunnel to find the bushings for the shifter glide tube had failed, and the tube had dropped out of place.
Unlike the PET drawing, my glide tube has only a single hole, no short shift option. So I am waiting for the Pelican parts to see if the bushing fits.
The end cap bushings were also mush. And the U joint for the trans end could use new rubber bushings. Seems like I found those 10 years ago when I replaced my LWT with a DMF (Stalling with A/c)
