good thinking and work, do these attach at the base of the folded down rear seats?

is that the top cover or something different. Mine doesnt have straps.

Thanks. These attach to carpet behind the fold down seats so you can hook the tonneau cover down. Keeps the cover from moving in the wind. It was missing one. When I saw the price I knew why it was not replaced. So I made two to match.

Just need sun and some above freezing temps to test it out.
