Camshaft seized, need help with removal
Hi everyone,
I own a 1990 C4 Cabriolet and I had a bad luck were a piece of rubber blocked the inlet of the oil bridge that brings the oil to the camshaft causing my right camshaft to seized and at the same time broke the inlet valve rocker arm on piston 6 and the exhaust valve rocker arm on piston 4.
So before I bring the car to a dealer I have decided to take a look at it, the camshaft is seized so I proceeded with trying to remove the camshaft housing but I can't get it off the piston head, is there a trick to it?
Also since the camshaft is seized (can't even turn it using a wrench) will I have to replace the camshaft housing?
And what about the rocker arm that broke, should I open the piston head to have a look at what it looks like? and if so is there any special things I should be looking for or being carefull with?
I know there's a lot of question but I would hate to have to pay the big price just for a stupid piece of rubber and don't ask me how it got there cause to be honest I'm still trying to figure that one out.
Thanks for your help,

It may be the right time to do a proper valve job and replace the guides while you are there.
