Default Participation in Mille Miglia (slightly off topic)

Just been informed that we have been accepted to participate in this years MM with a 1954 Austin Healey 100M. We have never done this and am wondering if anybody on this forum has ever participated and could perhaps answer a few simple questions. Thanks.

Hi,

That's great, congratulations!

Always wanted to at least follow it, would love to do the Carrera Panamericana too.

Please keep up a thread with preparation and participation.

Good luck,
Paul

There was a UK Chef ( The Real Italian Job: James Martin's Mille Miglia) that entered with a rather nice Alfa. It didn't end well given that he was too enthusiastic with a rebuilt engine he hadn't run in. Didn't complete the first stage IIRC.

You might be able to get a re-run on Youtube?
