Will a 993 OBC Tach work in a 964?

I was told that they did but I once tried a set of white faced 993 Turbo gauges with the silver bezels in my 964 and none of them worked so I'd be a bit careful before purchasing.

They will work but you have two different versions there...
311 is kph/metric
312 is the US version (mph Farenheit & US gallons)
and there are UK and Turbo versions as well, that you don't want!
