Window seal query
I've been trying for a while to eliminate wind noise from my passenger side, tried a number of things without success.
Now that winter has set in and the car is garaged, Ive noticed something fairly obvious that may be the cause (typical). On my passenger door *first photo* the exterior window seal along the bottom doesn't extend all the way to the edge, whereas on my drivers door *second photo* it does.
Could someone please check and see if this is normal or (hopefully) confirm that it is a fault with the passenger seal on my car? Ideally id just temporarily plug the gap and take it for a test run but the roads are gritty/snow covered and I've just spent hours getting it clean for its winter break....

If you pop of the outer trim and look down where the front 1/4 window sits it should be sealed between the rubber & the door frame this will cause wind noise especially if the frame has been out at some stage in its life and not been sealed after..also seal under the plastic clip with the black button on the front edge of the door....
